Reviews
Is this test for me?
  • Recommended for

The Bloodprint Expanded test is perfect for anyone who tends to cook their own food or eats the same thing on a routine basis. The test covers all foods commonly known to cause allergies, including milk, eggs, nuts, fish, shellfish, soybeans, and wheat. Consider this test if you:

    - Tend to eat the same foods on a daily basis
    - Rarely eat out or at restaurants
    - Already tested using Bloodprint Complete or Bloodprint Premium
    - Want to continuously monitor inflammatory foods and adjust your diet

  • Signs of Food Allergies

Signs of food sensitivity or intolerance typically occur within hours to days after eating a specific type of food. Food allergies may show up immediately or within minutes to hours of eating. The signs and symptoms vary depending on the food allergy as well as the individual.

    - Skin rash or hives
    - Tingly or itchy feeling inside the mouth
    - Swelling of lips, tongue, throat, and face
    - Stomach cramps or pain
    - Diarrhea or flatulence
    - Indigestion or gas
    - Nausea or vomiting
    - Difficulty swallowing or breathing
    - Dizziness or fainting
Allergy Test Symptoms

Our Bloodprint panels test for food-specific IgE antibodies found in samples of your blood. These antibodies are made by the immune system in response to specific foods that cause an allergic reaction. A small sample of blood is collected by fingerprick or venipuncture, depending on what your doctor recommends. There is very little risk to getting a blood test as compared to oral and skin prick allergy tests that directly expose you to allergy-causing foods. Minor symptoms from the blood collection typically go away quickly.

Personalized support is given with 90-day nutritional coaching, custom meal plans, grocery and recipe lists, online community with resource tools, and 100% money-back guarantee.

I just want to thank you for helping not only myself but also many of my patients. I did the Bloodprint® Expanded with a four-day rotation food plan approximately four months ago, and within two weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my energy level, motivation, cognitive functioning, improved sleep patterns, and overall health.

Since doing this test on myself, I have helped approximately 20 patients so far relieve themselves of very numerous symptoms that had been unanswered for years. One in particular was a patient who suffered from generalized arthralgia and myalgia for approximately four years. This patient was a young, very athletic 22-year-old who had been worked up by several physicians for all types of arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases, with all of her labs coming back negative. Upon discussing the success of the food sensitivity with myself to this patient, she agreed to give it a chance. She was pain-free within the first 14 days. The patient later stated to me that she had been on pain medications daily and, for four years, would wake up in pain. The patient stated she was absolutely amazed and also acknowledged that when she first did the food sensitivity testing, she did not believe that this would work, however, she was at the point to try anything. Even during the first seven days, as her symptoms started to recess, she was skeptical that it was because of the food sensitivity. However, since doing the testing, she did, at times, reintroduce foods that were on her blood print and noticed drastic acute exacerbations of the arthralgias and myalgias along with nausea and headaches. The patient stated it was then that she absolutely knew for sure that the foods were the source of her problems. To date, I have had 100% success with the Bloodprint food sensitivity testing with my patients who have followed the diet, which has been 19 out of the 20 patients.

I cannot thank you enough for showing me the answers to regain my health, energy, and quality of life. Thank you so much.

I am a family practice physician who has utilized the Immuno Labs’ food allergy testing for several of my patients over the past years. Usually, I chose those patients who presented with unusual “laundry lists” of symptoms, claiming that many other physicians had not been able to help them. Most of them benefited greatly from the recommended elimination diets.

I am in excellent physical condition and have always followed a high protein/low carbohydrate diet, doing yoga several times weekly. Once I turned 58, I started to notice that I was having afternoon fatigue, difficulty sleeping and some mild depression, which I thought were due to work stress. I initially gave up caffeine, sugar, and wheat and noticed some improvement. I then decided to test myself with the Immuno 1 Bloodprint IgG ELISA 115 Food Sensitivity Assay. To my surprise, I tested positive for allergies to several foods which were large parts of my everyday diet, such as cheese, milk, eggs, and yeast. After just one month of following the elimination diet, I not only had more energy and improved moods, but I was sleeping through the night and had fewer cravings, swollen and watery eyes. Now that I have been following the diet for 3 months, the grand total on my symptom checklist has gone from 15 to 1.

Although it does take some effort to change old habits and learn to prepare alternative foods, the rewards are remarkable and very worthwhile. Since I have had this experience myself, I have been food allergy testing more of my patients who do not seem to respond adequately to conventional medical treatments.

This letter serves as a summary of my experience with lmmuno Laboratories and their lmmuno 1 Bloodprint for food allergies.

This pane was done off serum for evaluation for antibodies present to certain foods. This was my first antibody profile performed off of serum.
The results were interesting as there were foods present (positive) that I had no idea may be causing some of my health issues. Foods like almonds, tomatoes, and pepper; were foods that I thought were fine for me and did not contribute to the GI issues that are present sometimes. There were also foods on the list that I knew was a problem such as mushrooms and cow’s milk. Beginning the elimination diet/substitution was relatively easy due to the information that was included in the packet I received. There were recipes and helpful reminders and information that made the transition relatively painless. In a few short weeks, I noted improvement in my GI symptoms and an overall feeling of better health and stamina.
Being curious the next step was to challenge some of the foods that I felt were not a problem and did not need to be removed in the first place. Tomatoes were the first to be added back in; only to be met with the same GI symptoms that had lessened over the previous weeks. In this instance, a food that I felt had no problems what so ever, was a major contributor to my health concerns.

In conclusion, this panel has been extremely helpful for me in determining the underlying food allergies contributing to my health.
